Returns:
You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 14 days of purchase within New Zealand, 30 days of purchase worldwide.
All items must include original packaging and have no chalk or signs of use.
- New Zealand customers will be responsible for return shipping only.
- International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.
- Sale items are non-refundable, but we can offer an exchange or credit note.
- Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent from time of us receiving for product.
FAULTY ITEMS
The life expectancy of our grips will be determined by the frequency of your training, volume of your training and specific gymnastics and/or barbell work.
If the grips have a manufacturing fault we will happily replace your grips with a new pair.
